Mitch began playing Ultimate at the University of Rochester in 2011 and immediately fell in love with the game. She began her Club career with Houston Inferno in 2012, became a practice player for @txshowdown in 2013, played for Texas Showdown in 2015, 2016 and 2018, and for NY @bentstagram_ in 2019. When she is not playing Ultimate, Michelle works as a performance physical therapist at @rehab2perform and is a strength and conditioning coach at @gameptperform
