Lisi and her two brothers grew up on the sidelines of the ultimate field. She started playing organized ultimate in 7th grade in Colorado and hasn't looked back since--playing for high school, college, club, and pro teams in Colorado, New England, and D.C., as well as representing the U.S. on several National Teams. Lisi has played on Shadow since 2022, captaining the team in 2022 and 2023, and has served as the representative for Shadow on the PUL Board since 2023. When she's not chasing plastic or coaching ultimate, Lisi works in the biodiversity conservation field and spends her free time enjoying the company of friends, biking around the DMV, playing board games, nerding out in DC's many museums, reading, and doing pretty much anything outdoors.
