A partner at the law firm, Akin Gump. From 2010-2017, he served as President Obama’s Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Export Administration, Bureau of Industry and Security. Kevin’s two sons are avid Ultimate players, most recently for Penn State and VCU. He has been active in the local Ultimate community for many years.
