Retired after an almost 30-year career spanning the federal government and the private sector. During this time he supervised large organizations, and developed an expertise in financial analysis and project management. David was exposed to Ultimate through his children who played throughout high school and continue to play in college. He spent four years as Treasurer on the Board of the Youth Ultimate League of Arlington (YULA) and also handled fields, uniform and team logistics for YULA during this time period. David is in his second term as an appointee to the Arlington County Sports Commission which provides advice on sports and physical fitness activities to County Board members and the county government.
