Charles Naurath is excited to serve as Lead for Game Day Operations, working tirelessly to deliver high quality DC Shadow experiences. With his Masters in Recreation Tourism Management and having a varied background working with Baltimore City Recreation and Parks as well as working with other organizations on running high level events programming, he is able to ensure all guests and patrons have the best experiences possible when attending a Shadow game. He has played Ultimate in California during his college days and England when he studied abroad and is proud to showcase the Premier Ultimate League as further teams look to join.
