Carolyn Normile grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and started playing ultimate as a freshman at at Lower Merion High School. She earned her mechanical engineering degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018, and in the same year represented the USA, competing with the U-24 National Team in Perth, Australia. Carolyn has played on several Nationals-level club teams over the past decade including @amp_ultimate (2015-2018) and @scandalultimate (2019). When she isn't busy playing Ultimate Frisbee, Carolyn works on precise automation and robotics in addition to coaching the @pittultimatew Team.
